Crawford & Carruthers has been tasked to assist stunning Safari Game Lodge/Camp in finding their next Front of House Manager. We need this exceptional candidate to take overall responsible for the day to day operations of the Lodge in all departments. Conducting staff meetings, assisting in financial aspects of the lodge, purchase authorizations, personnel issues and liaison with the reservations office. Assist where necessary in the bar, housekeeping, reception. Report to the owners.
The front of house/lodge manager must have good administration skills but they need exceptional people skills, having worked in high-end lodges previously. FOH Manager working with foreign clientele and a foreign language such as French or German is preferable.
