Facilities/Maintenance Manager required for two beautiful establishments based in Dominica, Caribbean.

Key requirements:

Should be hands on with Maintenance (Electrical, plumbing, technical, painting, carpentry, air-conditioning, refrigeration etc.)

5 Years Maintenance Manager experience, in hospitality establishments

Should have record of working remotely

Great staff management skills

Inventory and budget controls
