Crawford & Carruthers do not charge our candidates any fees. We have a separate department to support candidates in need of Resume formulation and Interview preparation.

In a contingent search, a fixed price per placement is agreed upon at the start, payable on successful candidate’s start date — in other words, a contingent recruiter is only paid if they succeed at finding someone.
In a retained search, however, a percentage of the agreed price is paid up-front with the remainder payable upon successful completion of the assignment.
If the assignment is not completed, the payment is refunded in full. With fill rates at 85-95%, this option offers a measure of certainty and a full commitment to fill the vacancy.
Clients who have ongoing vacancies to fill, a flat monthly fee based on the annual recruitment projections.
Budget friendly option for clients who only needs a list of active and passive candidates with a certain profile and working history. Clients reach out to the candidates themselves and manages the whole recruitment lifecycle.
Another option to assist clients in getting more exposure. Perfect for clients who do not need recruitment assistance. An ad is compiled, posted on our website, shared on our Social Media platforms, reaching 80 000 candidates.
