Crawford & Carruthers has been tasked to assist a Safari Lodge and Camp in finding their next BOH Manager (Quality Assurance Manager with focus on Talent Development).

We need this exceptional candidate to take overall responsibility to assure consistent quality of company operation by developing and enforcing good automated practice systems, validating processes, providing documentation, managing staff.

Exceptional English language skills and a foreign language such as German is preferable.

Working knowledge of Swahili will be good bonus.
