3X Head Chefs - Namibia

Crawford & Carruthers Inc. is looking for 3X Head Chefs to be based in Namibia.

The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production and kitchen management, ensuring a top-tier culinary experience for guests. This role includes managing the food preparation process, implementing HACCP standards, and creating and costing menus. The Head Chef will lead the kitchen team, maintain high-quality food safety and hygiene practices, and develop innovative, exceptional menus, including degustation offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or Professional Cookery.

  • HACCP Trained.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef in a 4/5-star hotel and restaurant operations.

  • International experience is preferred.

  • Proven experience in producing degustation menus.


  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent culinary skills with a creative flair.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
