Crawford & Carruthers is searching for a specialist Arabic Sous Chef with a diploma in professional cookery, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience at a similar level at a 5-star hotel. A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience preparing menus and meals for large quantities (200+).
The ideal candidate would have a passion for food, be motivated to lead your team, compliance with all food safety procedures and practices. Good cost control, attention to detail and creativity are required, with a willingness to replenish professional knowledge, along with in-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and nutrition.
Chefs who have worked in Australia, New Zealand and Europe preferred.
