Arabic Sous Chef - Saudi Arabia

Crawford & Carruthers is searching for an Arabic Sous Chef at a luxury property in Saudi Arabia.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma in professional cookery.

2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a 5-star/full service hotel (or similar level).

3. A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience preparing menus and meals for large quantities (200+).

4. Advance knowledge of all types of service to include formal & informal settings.

5. Advance knowledge in fine dining, exotic ingredient, and international cuisine.
