Our client, an East African safari specialist, is looking for an exceptional Executive Chef for their stunning property on the island of Zanzibar

Ideal Candidate

Experience at managing a kitchen brigade is essential. International Experience would be great Expatriate African Experience is helpful. Island experience is helpful but not essential. Fine dinning plated food experience for a maximum of 30 guests. 3 Menus and 15 foods shots a must for candidates interview process

The ideal candidate should be experienced in fine dining plated food and should also have worked and lived in a remote 5 star property previously. The company delivers an unforgettable experience for each of their guests at every opportunity.

If you have solid Executive Chef experience (preferably in East Africa), and a formal degree / diploma in hospitality, please apply!
