Our client, a very well-known safari company, with three luxury safari lodges in Botswana, is searching for an Executive Chef for their stunning lodges, to create a 5-star food experience for their guests.

The job is to be the group Exec Chef and would need to:
Design and create menu's for each campTrain and implement menu'sMove from camp to camp, spending 2-3 weeks at each camp
The challenging part of this position is that you have no base - you are constantly moving from camp to camp, staying in either "pilot" house or management accommodation, living out a suitcase constantly.
