Our client, a stunning luxury 5 star lodge on the banks of the Chobe River in Botswana is searching for an Executive Chef to manage all food related activities of the lodge and other smaller lodges under the responsibility of the the Lodge.

The ideal candidate will work in harmony with the F&B Ops Manager developing new, innovative culinary experiences for guests, as well as take responsibility for food related expenditure, maintaining high standards in hygiene and safety and ensure a great work ethic amongst the kitchen team.

If you have a relevant culinary qualification, with at least 10 years of previous 5 star hospitality experience with at least 5 at the level of Executive Chef, are fully computer literate and have excellent menu composition skills, please apply!
