EXECUTIVE CHEF – MALDIVES
Our client, a stunning tropical island in the Maldives, is searching for a fine-dining, European & NZ & Australia trained Executive Chef to head up their award-winning restaurants.
The position would suit a guest-focused person who enjoys being front and centre and leading from the front.
Must have at least 10 years experience in the cuisine operations including five years of management and 3 years at a similar level.
Fluent in English.
Completed Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
Computer knowledge of Outlook and MS Office Suite & expert in Opera, Micros.
HACCP certified or alike.
Ten years’ experience in Cuisine operations including a minimum of five years in management and three years in a similar position.
