Our client, a stunning island resort in the Maldives, is searching for a creative Executive Chef to be responsible for the overall success of the culinary operations in every outlet.

The ideal candidate must have:

1. a minimum of 5 years senior chef, 5-star luxury resort - multi outlet experience

2. a strong background in Western cuisine & Seafood

3. an advantage would be Russian and Middle Eastern food knowledge

4. previous working on remote islands
