Crawford & Carruthers Inc. is searching for a strong F&B Manager who has worked in ultra-luxury properties (think above $3 500 pppn as the property’s basic rates). This position is for a new resort opening in Riyadh in January 2021.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting in successfully executing all operations in the F&B department and managing staff. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the service output and standards with smooth operations of the F&B Department. Ensures that standards and procedures are being followed. Leads specific team while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
At least 4 years experience in a senior management position in F&B
2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
