F&B Ops Manager - Maldives

Crawford & Carruthers is searching for an exceptional F&B Ops Manager to be responsible for the overall administration and operation of the F&B beverage department on a stunning new luxury island resort hotel in the Maldives.

The position is live-in, based on the island. The ideal candidate should have strong restaurant operational management experience or at the least have an Assistant F&B Manager experience and is ready to step up to the next level. Experience should include multi-restaurant management, preferably at an island resort. Should be able to easily manage duty rosters and lead the team from the front.
