FRONT OFFICE MANAGER - Maldives
Our client, a beach resort like no other, with luxurious beachfront and overwater villas spread across two idyllic tropical Maldivian islands, is searching for an experienced, multi-lingual Front Office / Butler Manager.
Candidate Profile:
- Must have previous experience in luxury resort
- Expat or Maldivian
- Must speak variety of European languages, Russian also advantageous.
Skills should include:
Previous experience in luxury hotel/resort. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to train and motivate team. Excellent communication and customer contact skills. Multi-languages are essential. Results and service oriented with an eye for details. Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations. A team player & builder and a motivator & self-starter . Excellent time management skills. Background/knowledge on Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) is a plus. Previous Opera-PMS experience requiredÂ
