The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including but not limited to guest satisfaction, financial performance, staff management, and maintaining brand standards.
Required:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management or related field.
Proven experience as a General Manager in hotels with more than 100 rooms.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and technology solutions.
