Diploma in Culinary. Experience in the hotel/Lodges and Camp industry : 2 years experience as a head chef 4 years experience as a cook/sous chef Ideally with African experience Creative person using the local produce and turn it into something special Motivation and experience to train the people in your department and knowing when you move on, you have left a legacy behind you. Patience and willingness to make your team the shining stars. Capable to live in difficult environment with strict security rules Flexible and willing to mix into the culture of  The National Park Integrate into the conservation and development of The National Park English is a must, French is beneficial and Swahili is a bonus

Contract Terms:

·      Competitive USD basic salary

·      2 year contract with a 3 month probation period

·      Medical coverage

·      Accommodation, food and transport in and around the National Park

·      One flight per year home

·      Work schedule : 8 weeks on and 8 days off – negotiable

·      Visa arranged
