PANAMANIAN NATIONALS ONLY
Our client, a brand new ultra-luxury, intimate, eco-island-resort, off the coast of Panama, is searching for an experienced, Panamanian HR guru, to head up the mainland office in David.
The ideal candidate should be au fait with Panamanian labor law, and able to design, develop and implement HR policies, programs and standards for all 70 employees of the island resort. Management experience is paramount, and the HR Manager should be able to oversee the financial, procurement and reservations executives in the office.
The position will require the candidate to travel between the island and the mainland to ensure employee happiness and resolve any issues.
Must have excellent Panamanian HR knowledge (labor, governmental requirements and immigration), as well as have had experience in designing Learning and Development Programs, staff wellbeing incentives and requirements, and also be able to manage the mainland office requirements and logistics.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
