The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the guest experience at the island is enjoyable and memorable; where guest expectations are met and exceeded.
The Fijian staff is a major part of the guest experience. It is essential that they continue to provide a nurturing cultural experience but at the same time ensure that they remain service focused.
The role encompasses operational responsibility for 13 departments. Departments include; Meet & Greet, Activities, Food and Beverage, House Keeping, Spa and Boutique, Engineering & Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Construction, Joinery, Landscaping, Gardening and the Warehouse.
