Our client, a group of luxury resort hotels in the Maldives, is searching for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to be based on an island, to provide functional and operational assistance to the Director of Training and Development in all areas.
The position is island-based, so previous remote island experience is essential in resort operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent command of English with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role at GROUP LEVEL.
