PASTRY CHEF – MADAGASCAR
REPORTS TO : SENIOR SOUS / EXECUTIVE CHEF
Our client, a stunning luxury, remote lodge in Madagascar, is searching for a creative Pastry Chef to ensure the smooth running and creative standard is maintained in the pastry section of the kitchen.
The position is live-in and would only suit candidates that can thrive in remote tropical conditions.
Must have some experience in a similar role, or high level CDP in a fine dining restaurant or 5 star hotel, and at least 7 years’ experience in kitchen.
