Reservations Consultant

SOUTH AFRICANS ONLY!

We are searching for a customer-service orientated, experienced Groups reservations consultant for our client, an international brand, to create and provide lodge reservations (both for group and FIT), for their stunning lodges in Botswana.

The position is live-out, based in Cape Town, and would suit a candidate with previous experience in luxury tour operating environment (safari experience is beneficial). The ideal candidate would be fully computer literate and Opera experience would be extremely advantageous.

Must have an exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills.
