Culinary Expertise: Extensive experience (minimum of 5 years) as an Executive Chef in high-end restaurants or luxury resorts, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional culinary experiences.


Creative Flair: A keen eye for detail, innovation, and a passion for creating visually stunning dishes that tantalize the taste buds.


Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide the culinary team to achieve excellence.


Adaptability: Thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing guest preferences and seasonal ingredients.


Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity and understanding of local customs, cuisines, and ingredients found in the Maldives.


Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.


Culinary Certifications: Preferred certifications from reputable culinary institutions.
