Resort General Manager - Maldives

Crawford & Carruthers Inc. is searching for a Resort Manager for our Maldivian client.

The Resort Manager collaborates with the General Manager to oversee and optimize the resort's operations, particularly focusing on front-of-house activities. This strategic business leader plays a vital role in maintaining clear communication, assisting the General Manager, and driving day-to-day activities. The Resort Manager also works closely with the resort's leadership teams to establish service and product brand standards, prioritize operations, and develop short- and long-term plans aligned with the Company Leadership Team's strategic goals. Ultimately, the Resort Manager is instrumental in ensuring business growth and profitability for the resort.

General Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, hotel admin, business administration, or related field.

- 3 to 5 years of prior managerial experience in a luxury boutique hotel.

- Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in other commonly spoken languages is advantageous.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
