- Develop and manage commercial and operational strategy to achieve financial targets.

- Uphold the resort's unique concept ideology and brand strategy.

- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, from owners to guests.

- Drive sales and marketing plans, staying abreast of industry trends.

- Analyze revenue trends to optimize profitability.

- Lead sales activities and media representation in key markets.

- Establish clear profit and growth objectives for operational teams.

- Maximize productivity and efficiency across the resort.

- Monitor performance and implement corrective measures as needed.

- Ensure effective financial control and reporting.

- Utilize feedback to enhance guest experiences.

- Maintain property assets to brand standards.

- Lead, develop, and inspire the resort management team.

- Foster a culture of recognition and diversity awareness.

- Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee crisis management plans.


- Minimum 2 years' experience as General Manager at a 5-star luxury property.

- Experience in Maldives or remote island locations preferred.

- Demonstrated operational resort experience with commercial acumen.

- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Fluency in multiple languages preferred.
