We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead a surf and yoga resort. The Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's operations and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous resort experience
Valid work permit
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Fluent in English & Spanish (additional language skills are a plus).
