Restaurant Manager


Exiting opportunity for a RESTAURANT MANAGER to join a high-end establishment in Dominica, Caribbean.

Start Date: ASAP/1month notice period

Essential requirements – not negotiable:

·        Qualification in hospitality, restaurant or management

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar

·        Fluent in English

·        Knowledge of budgetary controls is essential

·        Touch Sensitive POS system knowledge

·        Reservation and Table management software knowledge

·        Flexible in working hours and able to stand for long hours (including weekends, holidays and overtime)
