We are now searching for a Restaurant Manager to join a team in Franschhoek!

Our client, a stunning boutique hotel, fine-dining restaurant and wine estate in the stunning Franschhoek valley, is searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take full control of the popular restaurant on the estate.

The position is live-out, and the estate based in Franschhoek, Cape Town.

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Duty Manager or Hospitality Manager is essential. Must be guest-service orientated, and be able to be calm under pressure. F&B knowledge with strong leadership and acute financial management skills are required.
