SAFARI OPERATIONS MANAGER – CAPE TOWN

Crawford & Carruthers is searching for an experienced lodge or hospitality operator (preferably with East African experience) to join their dynamic team to assist the Group Operations Director. The ideal candidate should be able to assist with property legalities, have extremely strong stakeholder management skills, as well as project management capabilities.

The position is live-out, based in Cape Town, but travelling when necessary. The ideal candidate would have previous remote African experience, have the ability to motivate the team, solve problems and recognise opportunities.

Must have excellent knowledge of hospitality operations (preferably lodges and not hotels) and industry trends, skilled in mentoring, people-engagement, and strategic thinking!
