Create a dining experience that should meet “beyond expectation” standards, inline with the luxury brand. LOCATION : MADAGASCAR

Our client, a collection of bespoke, luxurious safari camps and beach resort, is looking for a full time, certified Sommelier for their private island sanctuary in Madagascar. There is a fantastic team of skilled local and expat staff who deliver life-changing experiences to exclusive guests. Previous island experience is advantageous but not essential, but a good knowledge of South African and French wines is important.

The successful Sommelier will be responsible for leading a team of exceptional waitstaff and bartenders to deliver the best dining and drinks service experience in the world! The Sommelier will work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Managers to design food and wine pairing, assist with procurement of all beverages and be responsible for all training and management of the wait team.
