Our client, an exclusive private island resort in the British Virgin islands is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to assist our Executive Chef in growing the resorts farm to table culinary vision.

The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience working as a sous chef or higher in a boutique hotel or a fine dining establishment. Pastry chef experience a huge advantage.

If you have a calm personality and are a great team motivator with 3-5 years kitchen management experience, please apply.
