Exiting opportunity for a SOUS CHEF to join a high-end establishment in Dominica, Caribbean.

Start Date: ASAP/1 month notice period

Essential requirements – not negotiable:

·        Fluent in English

·        Can work under pressure

·        Can lead a kitchen team and manage perfect coordination

·        Qualification in culinary

·        Valid food handlers’ licence

·        Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef at a high-end restaurant or other establishment

·        Be able to stand long hours

·        Can lift heavy objects

·        Be able to work holidays, weekends and for special occasions
