MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in professional cookery.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a 5-star/full service hotel (or similar level).
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience preparing menus and meals for large quantities (200+).
Advance knowledge of all types of service to include formal & informal settings.
Advance knowledge in fine dining, exotic ingredient, and international cuisine.
