Our client, a stunning island resort in the Maldives, is searching for a creative Executive Chef to be responsible for the overall success of the culinary operations in every outlet.
The ideal candidate must have:
a minimum of 5 years senior chef, 5-star luxury resort - multi outlet experience
a strong background in Western cuisine & Seafood
an advantage would be Russian and Middle Eastern food knowledge
previous working on remote islands
