Crawford & Carruthers is looking for a F&B Director for a client in the Maldives.
Requirements:
5 years experience as director of food and beverage
Extensive experience in managing multiple outlets in large-scale hotel operations
Knowledge of the principles and practises of culinary service functions within the hospitality industry
Ability to meet the required service standards in a short guest satisfaction
Proven ability to effectively manage a diverse team
Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays as Necessary
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Ability to speak at least one other language, besides English would be an added advantage
