F&B Director - Maldives

Crawford & Carruthers is looking for a F&B Director for a client in the Maldives.

Requirements:

• 5 years experience as director of food and beverage

• Extensive experience in managing multiple outlets in large-scale hotel operations 

• Knowledge of the principles and practises of culinary service functions within the hospitality industry 

• Ability to meet the required service standards in a short guest satisfaction 

• Proven ability to effectively manage a diverse team 

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays as Necessary 

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

• Ability to speak at least one other language, besides English would be an added advantage
