Chef de Partie - Maldives

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Greek or Spanish Chef de Partie to join our Client in the Maldives. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE GREEK OR SPANISH IN NATIONALITYThe Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes are carried out to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section.

Assist in the development of new menu items and recipes.

Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards.

Monitor portion control and maintain consistent food quality.

Train and supervise junior kitchen staff members.

Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen team members to maintain an efficient and organized kitchen environment.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen.

Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.

Greek/Spanish Cuisine knowledge
