We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Namibian with or without lodge management experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury lodge situated in the breathtaking landscapes of Namibia. The Lodge Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining the lodge's facilities, and upholding the lodge's standards of excellence in hospitality and conservation.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience Management:
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
Oversee guest relations and handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Knowledge of local wildlife, culture, and attractions in Namibia is desirable.
