Sales Representative/Sales Agency - Africa

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative/Sales Agency to cover the SADC region.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive Market Coverage: Ensure complete coverage of all relevant market segments across the SADC region to enhance geographical source revenues and increase market share.


2. Sales Activities: Actively engage in visits to DMCs, Travel agents, Event planners, Tour operators, VIPs, and High Net worth individuals to promote and facilitate the sale of our properties.


3. Monthly Sales Target: Conduct a minimum of 50 high-quality sales activities each month to drive business growth.


4. CRM Utilization: Fully utilize CRM support tools to streamline sales processes and enhance customer relationships.


5. Account Management: Manage business relationships and provide exemplary service to contracted accounts in the SADC region while actively seeking out and assessing new prospect accounts.


6. Product Presentation and Knowledge Enhancement: Organize product presentation workshops and webinars to increase product knowledge and market awareness.


7. Event Organization: Support and lead the organization of FAM trips, joint sales blitzes, roadshows, and customer events in the region.


8. Representation at Industry Shows

9. Marketing Material Distribution: Distribute sales and marketing materials, collaterals, and special offers to direct clients, corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE companies throughout the region.


10. Reporting and Review: Provide monthly activity and opportunity reports


Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and remotely.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
