As an Executive Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the culinary operations of our client's 5-star resort or hotel, ensuring exceptional quality and memorable dining experiences for our guests.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a similar role within a 5-star resort or hotel environment.

Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.

Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a diverse team of culinary professionals.

Strong technical skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques, cuisines, and kitchen equipment.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
