F&B Director - Maldives

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as Director of Food and Beverage in a luxury hotel or resort setting.

Extensive experience in managing multiple outlets within large-scale hotel operations.

In-depth knowledge of culinary service functions, including menu planning, food production, and service standards.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding service standards while ensuring short guest satisfaction.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to meet business demands.

Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Proficiency in at least one other language is preferred.

Certification in food safety and sanitation is desirable.
