ISLAND GENERAL MANAGER - Panama

Our client, a brand new ultra-luxury, intimate, island-resort, off the coast of Panama, is searching for an experienced, remote-location GM or GM Couple, to ensure that this stunning new property can reach the levels of service expected from a top-class private island resort.

The GM should be front and foremost with guests, and have no problem hosting and interacting, and ensuring an outstanding service-delivery. The position is ideally suited to a conservation-minded person, that has no problem thriving in a remote island location, with a passion for developing people, systems and procedures. Must have all round knowledge, preferably with a passion for marine activities and the natural environment, with at least 5 years’ experience at a General Management level, preferably in a remote island location. Spanish speaking is preferred, but not essential.
