We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious property in Zanzibar. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on operations management.
Proven track record of success in optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing guest satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in hotel management systems and other relevant software applications.
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Swahili would be an advantage).
Eligibility to work in Tanzania.
