Sales Manager with European and/or Asian experience - *Remote Work

Crawford & Carruthers Inc. is now seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager with European and/or Asian experience.

Position Overview:

As a Remote Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators within the European and/or Asian markets. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere and utilize your extensive network and market knowledge to promote our boutique hotels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the European and/or Asian markets.

Identify and establish relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators, fostering long-term partnerships and generating repeat business.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns tailored to the European and/or Asian markets.

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and build brand awareness.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Stay updated on industry news, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the hospitality sector.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably within boutique hotels.

Demonstrated success in driving sales and revenue growth within the European and/or Asian markets.

A strong network of contacts within the corporate, travel agent, and tour operator segments in Europe and/or Asia.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Familiarity with remote work environments and the ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the team.

Flexibility to adapt to different time zones and travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.

Proficiency in English is essential, and additional language skills in European or Asian languages would be a plus.
