Crawford & Carruthers SHA is currently looking for a Boat Skipper for a 5* Resort in the Bahamas

Skills, Experience and Attributes:

• You must hold Boat Captain's License

• Must have a high level of competency in skippering vessels, plus a willing attitude towards learning.

• Excellent communication skills for commentary delivery

• Ability to successfully lead and support a team

• Ability to work both under direction and without supervision

• Due to the remote location of the operation a can-do, problem-solving attitude definitely an advantage.

• Basic carpentry skills are required

• Boat maintenance skills are highly advantageous
