Description
Our client, a corporate hotel in Zambia is searching for a Resident Manager to manage the day to day leadership and direction of the hotel, maximising on sales and revenue and driving financial returns. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the development of people, execute on brand standards and build awareness of the hotel and brand within the local area.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration. Pre-Opening Experience would be helpful Five to ten years of prior hotel management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good understanding of Sub Sahara Africa Previous similar Experience Strong Commercial and Financial background. Great interpersonal and collaborative skills to manage stakeholders and owners that are well versed on local market.
